FILM OR NON-FILM Radiographic testing Level I – 40 hours

This course covers the theory and principles of radiation, emphasizing their application in radiography. It includes topics such as handling and processing radiographic film, radiographic techniques, image quality, fundamental radiographic interpretation, and the safe operation of radiographic equipment. The course explores both X-ray and Gamma Ray sources, providing guidance on technique development and advanced radiation safety.

This 40-hour course exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, NAS410 and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).

FILM OR NON-FILM Radiographic testing Level II – 40 hours

This course starts with a review of Level I topics and advances to the technical aspects of producing high-quality radiographic images. The curriculum emphasizes optimizing contrast, definition, sensitivity, film processing, interpretation, calculations, shot techniques, and applying acceptance criteria according to relevant codes and standards. It is a required course for individuals who have completed RT I and wish to pursue a higher certification level.

This 40-hour course exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, NAS410 and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).

Magnetic Particle Level I & II – 24 hours

This course includes both Level 1 and Level 2 content and explores the theory behind Magnetic Particle Testing. Topics covered include magnetic fields, flux leakage, magnetization techniques, types of particles and testing mediums, practical applications, core principles, and safety considerations.

liquid Penetrant Level I & II – 32 Hours

These courses equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to achieve certification in liquid penetrant testing. Training programs are 4 days and cover essential topics, including fundamental principles, standards, materials, processing techniques, testing equipment, inspection and evaluation of indications, process controls, and hands-on practice. A final examination is conducted at the end of the program.

This 32-hour course exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).

 

Eddy Current Level I

This course introduces students to the theory and practical applications of eddy current inspection and data acquisition techniques. Designed to meet the requirements of ASNT’s SNT-TC-1A and NAS410, the course covers various surface testing applications and inspection methods. These courses are tailored for technicians with little to no prior experience in eddy current testing. Students will explore different types of equipment and sensing elements, with a primary focus on equipment functionality and operation. A final examination is conducted at the end of the program.

Eddy Current Level II

This advanced eddy current course adheres to ASNT SNT-TC-1A guidelines and NAS410 requirements. It focuses on advanced single- and multi-frequency eddy current techniques, including basic data evaluation. Students will gain expertise in establishing test parameters and organizing and reporting test results. The course consists of 24 hours of classroom instruction and 16 hours of hands-on practical training. A final examination is conducted at the end of the program.

Ultrasonic testing Level I – 40 hours

This course introduce the fundamentals of ultrasonics, providing a strong foundation for beginners. Participants engage in a variety of practical laboratory exercises, gaining hands-on experience in thickness gauging, flaw detection, and mapping. These courses are tailored for technicians with little to no prior experience in ultrasonic testing. A final examination is conducted at the end of the program.

Ultrasonic testing Level ii

Level II Ultrasonic Testing training builds on foundational knowledge, providing an advanced and intensive program focused on enhancing practical skills. Key applications covered in Level II include composite inspection, weld inspection, and a range of specialized techniques. These courses are designed for technicians who have completed Level I training and possess some prior experience in ultrasonic testing. A final examination is conducted at the end of the program.

This 40-hour course exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).This 20 or 40-hour course may be used for the transition between film & non-film per NAS-410 and exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).

 

CT SCANNING – INTRO COURSE – 20 or 40 HOUR options

This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills essential for a comprehensive understanding of Digital Radiography, with a strong emphasis on Computed Tomography (CT), as required in highly demanding industries. Attendees will explore advanced technique development strategies to achieve exceptional results in the most challenging applications.

This 20 or 40-hour course may be used for the transition between film & non-film per NAS-410 and exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).

CT SCANNING – ADVANCED COURSE – 20 or 40 HOUR options

Attendees will gain expertise in advanced CT acquisition, reconstruction, and evaluation techniques applicable across a wide range of industries. Topics covered include: advanced scan technique development, effective fixturing for successful scans, balancing scan speed, sensitivity, and resolution, and understanding the trade-offs involved. Additional focus areas include product evaluation requirements and RQIs, managing large data sets, optimizing scan geometry, factors influencing measurements and dimensional accuracy, advanced methods for achieving high-quality reconstructions, and more.

RADIATION SAFETY OFFICER TRAINING

Our Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) Training course is designed to provide comprehensive education and certification for professionals responsible for overseeing radiation safety in workplaces that handle radioactive materials or equipment. The course covers key areas of radiation protection, regulatory compliance, and emergency response to ensure safety for both workers and the public.

SCANNING & PROBING – INTRO COURSE – 24 HOURS

Led by industry and technical experts, our courses teach practical skills and basic techniques. This 24 hour introduction into software and hardware knowledge and training uses a variety of scanning systems and software including PolyWorks & Hexagon Absolute AS1 Portable CMM Scan Arm. Basic functions like alignments, CAD deviation reporting, and dimensional tools will be covered.

 

POLYWORKS PROGRAMMING – ADVANCED COURSE – 24 HOURS

This advanced course is designed for experienced PolyWorks users, focusing on mastering PolyWorks tools like feature dependent and independent programming, control views, and workflow enhancing macros. Participants will deepen their expertise by learning to optimize and execute complex PolyWorks programs, incorporating advanced techniques in both probing and laser scanning.

GEOMAGIC DESIGN X – INTRO COURSE – 24 HOURS

Geomagic Design X training is a comprehensive three-day course that explores various scan preparation and modeling techniques. Participants will learn how to transform scan data into “Design Intent” CAD models. Primary focus areas include coordinate system fundamentals, scan data manipulation, effective sketching, conversion to solids, and CAD to native scan comparisons.
