Metrology Manager

As Metrology Manager of Industrial, Brad brings a wealth of experience in dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, and machine and system alignments. Regularly donning his “Fun Haver” hat, he has the perfect ratio of personality and brains.

Previously, Brad was a project manager at an inspection lab. He managed projects for several clients across every industry and travelled all around North America for fixture checks, tooling verification, and system alignments.

As general manager of Industrial, Keith combines extensive inspection expertise with unparalleled vision, drive, and the highest requirements for client satisfaction.

Previously Keith was the manager of scanning technologies at a metrology lab for nearly 10 years before joining Industrial. During his tenure there he was responsible for the management of 15,000+ projects, sales, marketing, hardware and software acquisitions, deployment of programs like ITAR and NAS, oversaw aerospace & defense prime audits, and led a team of 3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, and X-Ray & CT inspection experts.

Steven Prozinski – NDT Manager – ASNT NAS410 Level 3

Steven is a multi-method level 3 certified in accordance with ASNT and NAS-410. Before founding Industrial Inspection & Consulting Steven was employed as a Radiographic NDT Specialist with SpaceX as part of their NDT engineering team. He performed mission critical R&D on rockets, developed inspection techniques, and had ownership over the x-ray inspections for both the Falcon fusion weldments and Merlin engine programs.

Prior to his tenure at SpaceX, Steven worked at a testing laboratory where he performed both lab and field NDT inspections for a large and diverse customer base across the country. Steven attended the University of North Dakota for a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Ridgewater College for an A.S. in Non-Destructive Testing.
